How to: Create New Schedule
    
        
        
 - Click the Scheduling icon in the navigation menu
 
 - Click the Create tab
 
 - Select a week you'd like to schedule
 
 - Select a department from the Department dropdown list in the ribbon
 
 - Double-Click the Role Area on the day you want to schedule
 
 - Enter a start and end times for the role in the text fields
 
 - Select an available employee for the shift from the dropdown list
  Note: Employees must be Active to be included in this list 
 - Enter a note in the text field for the employee if necessary
 
 - Select a shift type in the dropdown list
