How to: Save & Recall Scheduling Templates

Saving a Schedule Template

  1. Click the Scheduling icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Create tab
  3. Navigate to the week you'd like to save as a template
  4. Click the Save & Recall button in the ribbon
  5. Ensure you are on a scheduled week
  6. Give your template a name in the Template name  text field
  7. Finish by clicking the Save Template button

Recalling a Schedule Template

  1. Click the Scheduling icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Create tab
  3. Navigate to an empty week you'd like to recall a template too
  4. Click the Save & Recall button in the ribbon
  5. Select a template from the Select template for this week dropdown list
  6. Finish by clicking the Recall Template button
