How to: Copy Schedule

Copy existing schedule (one day):

  1. Click the Scheduling icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Create tab
  3. Navigate to the week you'd like to copy the day from
  4. Click the Copy Day in the ribbon
  5. Select the Copy From / Copy To days, Copy Employees and Copy Forecasting from the dropdown lists  

  6. Finish by clicking the Copy Day button

Copy existing schedule (week):

  1. Click the Scheduling icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Create tab
  3. Navigate to the week you'd like to copy
  4. Click the Copy Week in the ribbon
  5. Select the Copy To week, Copy Employees and Copy Forecasting from the dropdown lists  
    Note: You can only copy to 2 weeks ahead.

  6. Finish by clicking the Copy Week button
