How to: Create New Schedule

  1. Click the Scheduling icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Create tab
  3. Select a week you'd like to schedule
  4. Select a department from the Department dropdown list in the ribbon
  5. Double-Click the Role Area on the day you want to schedule
  6. Enter a start and end times for the role in the text fields
  7. Select an available employee for the shift from the dropdown list
    Note: Employees must be Active to be included in this list
  8. Enter a note in the text field for the employee if necessary
  9. Select a shift type in the dropdown list 
  10. Finish by clicking the Save Changes button in the ribbon
