How to: Disable Lockout for an Employee ≡
Important Notes
- This setting is enabled for all employee by default.
- This can only be changed by users with Diamond or Star Badge access.
- Click the Human Resources icon in the navigation menu
- Click the Employee List tab
- Select an employee name in the Employee List
- Click the Password & Security folder on the left-hand side
- Click the Edit button in the Security Group section
- Select the Disabled option from the dropdown list
- Finish by clicking the Save button in the ribbon
