How to: Disable Lockout for an Employee ≡

Important Notes

  • This setting is enabled for all employee by default.
  • This can only be changed by users with Diamond or Star Badge access.
  1. Click the Human Resources icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Employee List tab
  3. Select an employee name in the Employee List
  4. Click the Password & Security folder on the left-hand side
  5. Click the Edit button in the Security Group section
  6. Select the Disabled option from the dropdown list
  7. Finish by clicking the Save button in the ribbon
