How to: Save & Recall Scheduling Templates
    
        
        Saving a Schedule Template
 - Click the Scheduling icon in the navigation menu
 
 - Click the Create tab
 
 - Navigate to the week you'd like to save as a template
 
 - Click the Save & Recall button in the ribbon
 
 - Ensure you are on a scheduled week
 
 - Give your template a name in the Template name  text field
 
 - Finish by clicking the Save Template button
 
Recalling a Schedule Template
 - Click the Scheduling icon in the navigation menu
 
 - Click the Create tab
 
 - Navigate to an empty week you'd like to recall a template too
 
 - Click the Save & Recall button in the ribbon
  
 - Select a template from the Select template for this week dropdown list
