  • Payworks Payroll Cheat Sheet 
    Managers and Payroll Processors will have all the information for balancing payroll and mid-period terminations in one report.
    Scheduling > Post tabThe Payworks Payroll Cheat Sheet contains:
    • Total hourly and salary amounts by Payroll Items within the Pay Period.
    • Employees Terminated, their Posted shifts and Payroll Modifiers within the Pay Period.
    • Employees Activated within the Pay Period.

  • Salary Allocation
    Each employee's employment at each Company will be treated separately across the organization.  :-D

    Users with Admin button access will be able to:
    1. Add different salary amounts at different companies. 
    2. Distribute the salary dollar amounts to payroll based on roles. 
    3. Allow employees to be paid a salary at one company and hourly at another.   
    4. For clients using Payworks, payroll reports will now show the correct calculations for changes made mid-period for:
      1. Salary amounts 
      2. Compensation Type


    Note: With this update to the Salary allocations, forecasting calculations have been temporarily turned off.
