How to: Link Accounts Using Plaid

Important Notes

  • Connect does not store any account credentials.
  • Account owners / authorized representative are responsible for updating the account credentials.
  • Only users with the authorized security groups can see this feature.
  • To get access to this feature, please contact support@bigchip.ca.
  1. Click the Settings icon in the navigation menu 
  2. Click the Plaid Admin tab

  3. Click the Link Account button in the ribbon
  4. Click the Continue button 
  5. Select a bank account from the list of Banks or Search for one in the Search field
  6. Enter your banking credentials in the text field
  7. Click the Submit button

  8. Select an appropriate bank or visa account to link
  9. The account will show us in the Plaid Admin tab
