How to: Unlock Pay Period

Important Note

  • Only users with Full Access security or a Star Badge can unlock a pay period.
  1. Click the Scheduling icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Post tab
  3. Select a department in the calendar day
  4. Click the Unlock Pay Period button from ribbon
  5. Enter the Duration (hours) in the text field you would like to extend payroll by
  6. Finish by clicking the Unlock button
