How to: Set Partial Availability

Important Notes

  • This is intentionally unavailable to employees and requires manager intervention.
  • Employees with Partial Availability may be ignored in many reports.
  • Should the employee decides to submit new availability - "Partial Availability" won't be available to them and manager intervention is required again.

Employee Partial Availability 2.1 

  1. Click the Human Resources icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Employees List tab
  3. Select an employee name in the Employee list
  4. Click the Availability folder
  5. Click the Edit button
  6. Select the Partial from the dropdown list for any day requiring the override
  7. Make your changes
  8. Finish by clicking Save button in the ribbon
