Release 23.07.14 - Summer Updates/Hot Fixes

Soaking up the sun and working on our tans while lining up some summer updates & hot fixes!

New

  • Add Sick Override (BC)
    Due to popular requests, you can now add a Sick Paid shift to an employee even if they don't qualify or if you wish to give them more Sick Paid days than the BC provincial minimum.

    Note: Only a Star badge user can enter a Sick Override.

  • WCB Account Number
    Now the WCB Account Number can be added to the company's settings.
    For clients using Payworks, the WCB Account Number will then be included in the Employee Record Import eliminating the extra step of adding the WCB Account Number to the employee in the Payworks system.

  • Maximum Hourly Wage
    You can now add a maximum hourly wage to your company's setting to prevent accidental overpay.
    The default maximum is set to $30.00.

Improved / Updated

  • Vacation History
    Time-Off & Vacation folder in the Employee File has been updated to include Vacation History below the Time-Off History table.

Fixed

  • Scheduled Sick Paid Shifts
    Fixed the posted sick shifts that were getting copied when using the Copy Day/Copy Week buttons in Scheduling > Create.
