Important Note

The following process effects payroll - and - scheduling!

  • Please pay close attention to the instructions laid out below to avoid any problems.

Step 1 - Post Payroll

  • Organizations with Quebec locations, must have all payroll shifts up to April 30, 2023, posted before 8p PST (11p EST) on April 30, 2023.

Step 2 - Access

  • Big Chip will cut off access at 8p PST (11p EST).
  • Big Chip Lab will deploy the wage update.
  • Big Chip will return access at 9p PST (12 EST).

Step 3 - Review

  • Review all of your employees' rates - we try to catch everyone - but - if anyone was missed, please let us know.
  • Please pay special attention to employees with custom rates (employees with $0.00/h rates).
