How to: Add Vacation Payout (Hourly)

  1. Click the Scheduling icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Post tab
  3. Select a department in the calendar day
  4. Click the Add Vacation Payout button
  5. Select an employee from the Employee dropdown
  6. Select Yes from the Payout dropdown
    Note: Partial vacation payout is not possible.
  7. Enter a note if necessary in the Note field
  8. Finish by clicking the Add to Pay Period button
