FAQ: Payroll Service Changeover (Employees)

Hi There,

Below you will find some important information about the upcoming changes to your payroll.

  1. What's happening?

    Your employer is moving payroll processing from Big Chip Accounting - to - Payworks.
  2. How will this impact me?

    You will no longer receive pay statements (paystubs) from Big Chip Accounting via Email.
    Going forward you will now need to log into Payworks to see your pay statements (paystubs).
  3. Do I need to do anything?

    Yes - you will need to set up a Payworks account using the credentials emailed to you.

    You will receive two *(2) emails - to the same address you use to log in to Big Chip Connect. 

    First Email *(1) - Will contain your company's Customer ID and your Username.
    Second Email *(2) - Will contain a temporary password.

    You can then go to the Payworks portal to log in:

    If you haven't received this information - please contact your General Manager.
    (Probably a good idea to check your Junk / Spam folders first!)
