How to: Review Draft Payroll

Option 1: Payroll Validation

  1. Click the Scheduling icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Post tab
  3. Review the calendar days that fall within the payroll period to make sure all shifts and payroll modifiers have been Posted

  4. Review and correct any Validation warnings in the ribbon of the Post tab

Option 2: Report (Payroll Draft Preview) 

  1. Click the Scheduling icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Post tab
  3. Click the Report (Payroll Draft Preview) button in the ribbon
  4. Select the current pay period in the Pay Period dropdown
  5. Click the Download Spreadsheet button
  6. Review the posted shifts and payroll modifiers in the downloaded spreadsheet
