Definition: Payworks Status

Important Notes

  • Posted hours / payroll modifiers can only be modified after the original post if the payroll file has not yet been sent to Payworks.
  • These changes must be re-posted for them to count.
  • Only users with the correct Security Group configurations can post hours, finalize payroll and send it to Payworks.
  • The payroll cut-off is at 11 am (local time), and no changes can be made after this point unless an extension has been requested.
  • Once the payroll file has been sent to Payworks, shifts and payroll modifiers will no longer be editable.
