Definition: Payworks Status
Important Notes
- Posted hours / payroll modifiers can only be modified after the original post if the payroll file has not yet been sent to Payworks.
- These changes must be re-posted for them to count.
- Only users with the correct Security Group configurations can post hours, finalize payroll and send it to Payworks.
- The payroll cut-off is at 11 am (local time), and no changes can be made after this point unless an extension has been requested.
- Once the payroll file has been sent to Payworks, shifts and payroll modifiers will no longer be editable.
