How to: Send Payworks Employee Records

Important Note

  • It is required that employees are added to Connect first as Connect acts as the master record. 
  • The Employee File will be locked until Connect confirms Payworks has received the employee information.
  1. Click the Human Resources icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Employee List tab
  3. Select the employee's name from Employee List
  4. Make the applicable changes
  5. Click the Send to Payworks button in the ribbon
    This process will override the employee's information in Payworks and cannot be reversed.
