Important Note

The following process effects payroll - and - scheduling!

Step 1 - Post Payroll

  • Organizations with Ontario, Saskatchewan and Manitoba locations, must have all payroll shifts up to September 30, 2021 posted before 11a on October 1, 2021.

Step 2 - Access

  • Big Chip will cut off access at 11a.
  • Big Chip Lab will deploy the wage update.
  • Big Chip will return access at 12p.

Step 3 - Review

  • Review all of your employees rates - we try to catch everyone - but - if anyone was missed, please let us know.
  • Please pay special attention for employees with custom rates (employees with $0.00/h rates).
