How to: Reset Training Cartridge Results ≡

Important Notes

  • Resetting the results will remove all history of completion.
  • Employees will have to complete all required material as if it was their first time.
  • Resetting results can not be undone.
  1. Click the Training Centre icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Employee Progress tab
  3. Select the applicable cartridge
  4. Click the Reset Results button in the ribbon
  5. Select the Employee(s) from the list 
  6. Finish by clicking the Reset Results button
