Release 21.04.27 - Spring Hot Fixes

Today's update is more of a quick hot fix for two specific bugs that was reported by our community.
Special shoutouts to Shanna, David and Emilie.

Fixed

• Dashboard Widgets Accuracy
  A small hand-full of people experienced inaccurate labour calculation in the dashboard widgets. 
  This bug has been addressed and the widgets are populating using data from all departments.
• Employee File > Edit Role Screen
  It was pointed out that changing roles would also clear out the provided rate.
  This is no longer the case and we can all rejoice in celebrating our short term memory gain.
• Employee File > Availability Screen
  We have also addressed the bug that prevented Availability Override changes from being save.
