Overview: Check-In
Important Note
- Check-in allows users to compete a self guided health check 30 minutes prior to their shift start.
- Organization can customize the default 30 minutes value by contacting their account administrator.
Employee Routine
- Employees will notice a blue Check-in Now button on the My Schedule tab of their Web App
- Once the check-in process is complete, the Check-in Completed button will turn green
- A missed check-in is marked with a yellow Check-in Missed - and - can not be completed after the deadline
Flagged Check-in
Should an employee mark Yes to any of the above questions, an email will be sent to store management notifying them of a failed check-in.
Manager Routine
Management can use the Manager Check-in tab in the Web App to enter employee's entry temperature and notes to Flagged check-in results. Any data collected can be exported using Reports > Library > Check-in > Check-in Summary (COVID) Report.
