How to: Enter Data into Daily Entry
- Click the Accounting icon in the navigation menu
- Click the Daily Entry tab
- Select a category for data entry from the list in the calendar day
Note: If the POS Sync button is enabled in your ribbon, you could skip some or all manual entry by pressing it.

Fill out the form related to the category select starting with the first line item
Note: The (+/-) next to the GL Accounts indicates whether the number will be interpreted positive or negative.
The plus button at the end of each line item will add a row with the same account selected below it.
- Finish by clicking the Save Changes button in the ribbon
NOTE: You will still need to confirm final values using the Post to Big Chip button in the ribbon.
The categories are color coded as follows:
Red – not entered / missed
Blue – previously entered / saves
Green – complete / posted
