How to: Resend Welcome Package / Reset Password

Important Notes

  • If the email can't be found in the inbox, check the junk, spam, clutter, social or other folder.
  • If the email is still not found, double check that you have entered the correct email address.

Employee List 2.1

  1. Click the Human Resources icon in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Employee List tab
  3. Click the Reset Password button in the ribbon
  4. Select an employee name in the new Password Reset field
  5. Finish by clicking the  Submit button to automatically send either Welcome Package or Password Reset
NOTE: Employees that are entered in error - or - have not complete their Welcome Package within 7 days are automatically removed.
